We are seeking a skilled Robotics and Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing operations.

Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for robotics-enabled automation across our facilities and collaborating with vendors to design and integrate robotic solutions. You will also develop robotic control programs and maintenance practices to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technology partners to transform our manufacturing capabilities through innovation and intelligent automation.

As a Robotics and Automation Specialist, you will have the chance to:

  • Assess current robotics deployment and identify priority areas for automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations related to leveraging automation and robotics.
  • Develop and implement smart robotic and automation roadmaps.
  • Partner with IT and solution providers to design and integrate robotic systems.
  • Project-manage solution deployment, including planning, budgeting, and business impact assessment.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, or a related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics and industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.
  • Possess knowledge of robotics concepts, including capability assessment, programming, and control, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in AI/Machine Learning applied to robotics, advanced multi-robot coordination, or path planning.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
