Warehouse Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring seamless receipt and dispatching procedures for shipments. This involves managing workloads and tasks assigned to warehouse associates, as well as communicating with customers to address shipping and receiving inquiries.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy, maintaining clean and organized storage areas, and overseeing the operation of cold rooms. Additionally, this role entails supervising warehouse associates to ensure adherence to safety protocols when operating heavy machinery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar management position or as a warehouse supervisor
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management principles
- Effective time management and delegation skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to multitask
- Inventory management and technical skills
