Senior Analytical Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

You will work with analytical systems and instruments to ensure smooth project execution. This role involves installation, commissioning, and calibration of various analyzers, sensors, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission analytical systems such as O2, Ammonia, pH, TOC, TRC, Conductivity analyzers, and instruments (PIT, TIT, FIT)
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Supervise and lead installation, commissioning, and initial calibration of various analyzers, sensors, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning
  • Perform Electrical & Pressure Tests, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
  • Commission instrumentation and control systems for sites
  • Maintain analytics systems services through preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including installation reports and testing records
  • Verify installations meet customer specifications and industry standards
  • Provide ad-hoc engineering support to customers when required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical instruments or related field
  • Familiarity with analyzers and instrumentation is advantageous
  • Able to work independently and produce effective reports
  • Experience with Hart communicator, calibration, and PLC/SCADA is beneficial
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
