Job Title: Brand Growth Specialist

The role of a Brand Growth Specialist involves developing and executing strategies to drive brand growth, increase sales, and enhance distribution channels. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Sales department to align brand strategies with market opportunities, ensuring strong execution and commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business or Marketing, along with 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the FMCG/consumer goods industry. A strong understanding of retail and trade channels, as well as hands-on experience in promotions and campaign execution, is essential.

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and sales plans that deliver distribution gains, market share, and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure strong execution and commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow with the purchasing team to prevent out-of-stocks and ensure continuous sales performance.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly brand and sales performance reports, highlighting results, trade spend efficiency, and ROI on campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
