Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador for Anytime Fitness, you are a vital contributor to our brand's success. Your role is to represent our brand, engage with potential customers, drive sales of our club memberships, and leverage the club social media presence to create awareness and attract new members. You will be responsible for promoting the benefits of our club and ensuring a positive experience for current & prospective members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

· Be the face of Anytime Fitness, promoting our club's membership to potential customers.

· Utilize your strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and convert leads into club members.

· Employ effective sales techniques to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

· Collaborate with marketing efforts to implement promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new members.

Social Media Engagement:

· Develop and maintain a dynamic social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

· Create and curate engaging content related to fitness, wellness, and the benefits of Anytime Fitness membership.

· Respond to inquiries, and encourage audience engagement through comments, likes, and shares.

· Leverage social media advertising and paid promotions to reach a wider audience and drive membership sign-ups.

Customer Engagement:

· Create a welcoming and informative environment for all potential members, both online and in-person.

· Provide detailed information about our club's facilities, Jumpstart and PT packages.

· Address inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and helpfully, both in person and through social media channels.

· Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

· Develop a deep understanding of Anytime Fitness offerings, including membership, pricing, and perk & benefits.

· Stay updated on fitness trends and industry news to provide informed recommendations to potential members.

· Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Team Collaboration:

· Work closely with the club manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and club goals.

· Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions and social media engagement to help improve sales strategies and offerings.

· Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and planning discussions.

· Assist with club administration. We seek an upbeat, professional, and highly motivated Brand Ambassador for a successful and growing international fitness brand.

  • Having strong sales experience and enjoying working commission-based will be an advantage
