Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Asia operations, you will play a crucial role in leading and participating in pre and post-sales activities with direct end customers and partners.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and advice on Workato platform solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering presentations, demos, whitepapers, and best practices guides to showcase Workato's capabilities;
  • Conducting customer training sessions, Work-jams, implementation support, and product training;
  • Serving as a point of escalation for customer issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution;
  • Working closely with local and regional delivery partners/vendors to provide enablement and technical support on their initiatives and projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education;
  • At least 7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting/Technical Consulting, with a strong background in Integration and Middleware tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders;
  • Expertise in Enterprise security and governance, as well as knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and Databases;
  • Possession of relevant Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud GCP Cloud Engineer;
  • Proficiency in Java and .NET platforms is a plus.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Singapore, requiring frequent travel to clients' sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
