Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Optometrist to manage sales and technical functions at our retail store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales and profit targets, conducting eye checks, and ensuring timely collections by customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in achieving monthly sales and profit targets;
  • Conduct eye refractions for customers;
  • Ensure timely collections by customers;
  • Assist junior staff in sales & handling customer complaints;
  • Attend to customers on sales related matters;
  • Dispensing jobs to laboratories;
  • Good Knowledge in contact lens refraction & fitting;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
Requirements
  • Full / Provisional registration with Singapore Optometrist & Optician Board (OOB);
  • Possess good knowledge of customer service standard;
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player;
  • Result & sales oriented attitude;
