Highly Skilled Senior Research Nurse

Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Staff Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients and contributing to the advancement of medical research.
">About the Role
">- You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and developing personalized care plans in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.
- You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment plans.
- You will participate in research studies and help recruit, support, and care for patients under the guidance of study Principal Investigators.
- You will evaluate and monitor patients' progress, documenting care and outcomes on established charts/forms.
- You will carry out treatments and investigations as prescribed by physicians and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues regarding progress and response to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
">- Delivering safe and competent nursing care, actively participating in physicians' rounds, and preparing and assisting physicians with procedures.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of patient care and services.
- Demonstrating clinical skills, knowledge, and critical thinking in patient care, displaying compassion and a positive attitude towards patients and clients.
- Providing patient/family information and education on disease prevention, health education, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, precepting, coaching, and counseling staff in their work, patient safety, and risk management activities.
Requirements
">- A Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing from a recognized training institution as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least 5 years of post-registration clinical experience, preferably 2 years as Senior Staff Nurse II.
- Fluent spoken and written English and computer literacy in Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills, demonstrating compassion and a positive attitude.
