We are seeking an experienced Lead Experimental Researcher to join our team. As a key member of the research division, you will design and direct distributed experimentation based on adult learning thematic projects.
- Develop protocols and playbooks to support community-driven innovation.
- Guide stakeholder groups in designing and conducting meaningful experiments in real-world contexts.
- Build capabilities and ensure ethical practices are upheld.
- Develop fit-for-purpose data collection and analysis approaches.
- Leverage accessible analytics to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Produce academic and practitioner-focused outputs sharing results widely to support scaling effective innovations.
- Postgraduate research degree in social sciences, preferably Education, Psychology, Sociology, Business Management, Human Capital Development, Political Science, Economics, or Industrial & Organisational Psychology.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in research and/or leadership roles within relevant fields.
- Strong commitment to fostering a high-trust, collaborative ecosystem of co-innovation and experimentation.
- Strategic thinking, influencing skills, and strong learning agility.
- Expertise in experimental research and analytics with enthusiasm for methodological innovation in community and workplace contexts.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with industry specialists to drive community-based solutioning and experimentation.
As a Lead Experimental Researcher, you will report directly to the Deputy Director of the Research Division.
