Job Description
The Purchasing and Order Processing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods, processing orders, and ensuring efficient stock management. This includes sourcing and purchasing goods and materials, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels and reordering as necessary, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key responsibilities also include processing incoming orders, ensuring that customer orders are correctly entered into the system and that inventory is updated accordingly, assisting in stock transfer between warehouses or locations to ensure proper stock allocation, and assisting in order fulfillment for e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and order processing, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in inventory management and order processing software, knowledge of supply chain management principles, and ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
