Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee and lead procurement operations across all business units.

About the Role:

  • The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for food, beverage, retail, and operational supplies.
  • They will source and evaluate suppliers locally and overseas to ensure best value and quality.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimise cost-efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply chain disruptions promptly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and proactively introduce new sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Strong understanding of supplier networks and import processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
  • Prior experience in ERP/procurement systems is advantageous.
