Aircraft Operations Manager

Seletar, Singapore is home to a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor position. Key responsibilities include liaising with production managers, covering all aspects of paperwork, and stock control of equipment used/required.
- Liaise with Production Manager throughout daily stages of job
- Cover all aspects of paperwork (workpack, H&S, COSHH regulations, monitoring processes)
- Stock control of equipment used/required
- Maintaining equipment
- Collecting & returning equipment to Stores
- Liaise with maintenance to ensure maximum production gained from equipment
- Adhering to all processes in painting aircraft in accordance with workpack and quote
- Liaising with customers, reps and engineers
- Off-site working
- Supervision of manpower working on aircraft at all times
- Possible First Aider
- Provide feedback to Production Manager on staff performance for appraisals
- Adhere to all company procedures including disciplinary etc.
- Follow all quality and inspection procedures
- Take full responsibility of all aircraft movements in and out of hangar
