  • You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including manning agents and seafarers, to manage records and maintain accurate documentation.">
  • In this position, you will handle financial matters, such as managing budgets, invoices, and insurance claims, providing financial expertise to support business decisions.">
  • The successful candidate will coordinate crew changes and vessel schedules to ensure timely and efficient deployment of personnel.">
  • You will review and ensure compliance with seafarer qualifications and documentation requirements.">
  • In addition, you will participate in seafarer recruitment interviews to identify suitable candidates for vacant positions.">
  • You will also attend meetings with manning agents and provide support during their audits.">
  • This role requires you to monitor industry standards and report on anticipated changes to inform business decisions.">
  • Furthermore, you will prepare annual seafarer seminars and provide guidance on personnel appraisals to enhance employee development.">
