Seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Natural Resources team in Asia.

The successful candidate will contribute to new business opportunities collaborating with colleagues across Aon.

  • Develop solutions for clients through technical risk advisory and insurance consulting services
  • Create and contribute ideas for growth initiatives across the team
  • Work with Global, Regional, Country Management Teams and Aon Service Teams to deliver practical range of insurance solutions and services
  • Responsibility for delivery of uniformed discipline around work in progress, new business pipelines and process delivery
  • Support APAC Renewable Energy Leader with initiatives to develop and support strategies for sales and retention across the renewable energy sector
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, projects and prospects including servicing of existing, new and expanded business opportunities
  • Advocate and deliver thought leadership and industry technical expertise to insurers, clients, prospects and colleagues
  • Support claims administration, management and advocacy wherever needed
  • Manage pipeline for country(ies) responsible for alongside Natural Resources team Growth Lead and Sales Leader
  • Identify and keep up to date with Sector trends relative to Natural Resources clients and prospects
  • Deliver best practice though utilisation of various Aon Systems including Compliance and Transparency Standards and Protocols, sales and accounting systems

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Minimum requirement (BCP, PGI, CommGI) for registration with MAS or similar qualification acceptable to MAS
  • Previous experience in energy, power, renewables and construction insurance sector and client preferred
