Key Responsibilities:- Lead the division's budgeting process, collaborating with project teams to ensure proposed expenses align with projected revenue.
- Oversee billing administration, coordinating with finance and billing partners to ensure accurate and timely billing for our agencies.
- Support bulk tenders by partnering with procurement and business units to project manage demand forecasting, solution evaluations, and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and finance policies within the division, working with project teams to follow guidelines and conducting periodic documentation checks.
- Minimum a Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance/Audit.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Singaporean(s) Only.
