Experiential events play a crucial role in shaping client experiences and building brand loyalty. At our agency, we deliver immersive events that matter, creating lasting impressions on clients and their audience.

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for event management and are skilled in using online registration platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

  1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in event registration, customer service, or a related field is required.
  2. You should be well-organized, meticulous, and have an eye for detail.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  4. Independent with high initiative and able to multi-task under pressure.
  5. Customer-focused and able to interact effectively with clients.

Proven experience in event registration, customer service, or a related field (hospitality or hotel reservations experience is a plus) is highly valued. Proficiency in using online registration platforms (e.g. event microsite, GevMe, Cvent, etc) and strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) are also essential.
