Primary School Education Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor. This role requires developing and implementing engaging educational programs for primary school children, ensuring alignment with our centre's policies and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students, promoting academic excellence and social growth.
  • Provide guidance on homework completion, focusing on subjects like English and Maths, as well as Chinese where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, addressing individual needs through targeted interventions.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality teaching resources, classroom environments, and learning materials to ensure an optimal learning experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with student safety, ensuring timely transfers from school to the centre and maintaining a secure environment within the premises.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline, accompanied by at least 2 years of experience working with primary school students.
  • The ability to teach various primary school subjects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills, enabling you to engage and manage a class of students.
  • An enthusiastic, energetic, and positive mindset, with a creative and loving approach to education.
