About the Role

COWPRESSOCOFFEE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Coffee Machine Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on coffee machines to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • Provide technical support to our baristas and management team to resolve any issues related to coffee machine functionality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and calibration of machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
  • Assist in the reconditioning and delivery of coffee machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Requirements
  • Class 3 license
  • Physically fit
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field
  • Good attitude, pleasant, and a good team player
  • Relevant working experience in the coffee industry is an added advantage
