Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee daily export operations, coordinate with customer service and third-party vendors, and ensure that warehouse staff adhere to safety, security, and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Export Operations Management: Oversee daily export operations to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with Customer Service and instruct third-party vendors on special handling needs for both import and export shipments.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations to meet quality management objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
Requirements:
  • WMS and Warehousing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of WMS and warehousing principles.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Quality Management and Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of quality management and compliance procedures.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management Familiarity: Familiarity with inventory and supply chain management practices.
