Job Description

T0SS-EX S PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and ensuring the successful implementation of our Hospital Information System (HIS).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of our current business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process optimization.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  3. Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps to visualize our business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Improvement Proposals: Develop and implement improvement proposals to enhance our business processes and improve efficiency.
  5. Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where our business processes are not meeting customer expectations.
  6. Application Deployment: Oversee the deployment of our HIS, ensuring that it is configured correctly and meets business requirements.
  7. User Acceptance Testing: Conduct thorough user acceptance testing to ensure that our HIS meets business requirements and is functioning as expected.
  8. Status Update: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on the progress of our HIS implementation.
  9. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with our HIS implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in IT and/or the Healthcare domain is preferred. Experience with at least two implementation cycles of a Hospital Information System (HIS) is also required.
  2. Education: A degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Preferred Characteristics: Proactive, positive thinking, constructive thinking, creative thinking, optimism, self-motivation, and customer delight.

This role demands a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in IT and healthcare, particularly in HIS implementations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and possess a strong ability to communicate and manage project expectations effectively.
