Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our Global Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of garments at every stage of production. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the factory and report to the QC Supervisor.
You will inspect garments throughout the production process to assess dimensions, performance, workmanship, and compliance. This includes examining fabric rolls for imperfections and shade variations, verifying UPC and barcodes for scanning precision, and reporting quality issues to ensure timely rework and resolution.
Additionally, you will review size sets and patterns before bulk production to prevent errors and drive quality improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, possess strong multitasking and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and fabric types.
