Senior Marketing Position

This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to spearhead and enhance strategic marketing initiatives driving business growth across the region.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and advancing commercial and marketing strategies in partnership with regional and divisional stakeholders.

  • Formulate marketing strategies aligned with long-term business goals, including 5-year strategic plans, product development, launches, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead market analysis and gather insights to pinpoint priority areas for growth.
  • Accelerate portfolio adoption through strategic marketing programs.
  • Drive speed to market for new products and strengthen commercialization and launch planning.
  • Oversee regional Key Opinion Leader programs, encompassing education, training, and collaboration with R&D teams.
  • Drive post-market support and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in the medical technology sector.

  • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, able to excel in dynamic environments.
  • Strong grasp of marketing concepts, with advanced skills in market insight analysis, business case evaluation, and financial assessment.
