Physics Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging physics educator to deliver dynamic lessons and inspire students to achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lesson plans for secondary-level physics classes, incorporating various teaching methodologies and assessments to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Create educational materials and provide constructive feedback to enhance student performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Engage with students, fostering their growth and potential by providing individualized support, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and review, ensuring alignment with our educational standards and promoting the integration of real-world applications and critical thinking skills.
  • Design and set examination papers and assignments, as well as invigilate and mark exams and assessments, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and impartiality.

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching physics at IGCSE and IBDP levels, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and achieving outstanding results.
  • Familiarity with IGCSE or International Baccalaureate curricula, including knowledge of assessment strategies and evaluation criteria.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage, indicating advanced knowledge and expertise in the subject area.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration, conflict resolution, and time management.
  • Strong motivation, good work attitude, and sense of responsibility, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching.
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching related subjects, showcasing versatility and adaptability in instructional approaches and content delivery.
  • Ability to teach in a multilingual environment and conduct online lessons using digital tools, embracing innovation and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
