Job Summary

The role of a Beauty Sales Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales and build strong relationships with clients in a retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND PROACTIVE ISSUE RESOLUTION.
  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with beauty products and services an asset.
