About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Beauty Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and providing personalized beauty consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert advice and recommendations on our wide range of products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Drive sales by effectively promoting products, conducting demonstrations, and upselling complementary items.
  • Conduct in-store demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product benefits and application techniques.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, customer interactions, and feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a beauty advisor or retail sales role is preferred but not required.
  • Able to converse in English and Chinese (in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers regarding queries and feedback).
  • Self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Good working attitude and enjoy meeting people.
  • Availability to work on retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
