Electrical Project Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the execution of electrical projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the allotted timeframe. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and supervision as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and issue payments to contractors, ensuring timely settlement.
  • Manage administrative requirements, including document preparation, filing, and editing.
  • liaise closely with clients on project schedules, scope of works, on-site issues, and technical matters.
  • Monitor project progress, provide updates, and escalate any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
  • ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport preferred.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Scheduling and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
