E-Commerce Brand Operations Specialist Job Description

Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

This is a strategic and detail-oriented role that oversees the performance and operations of multiple brand stores across key online platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, experience with brand management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities across marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

  • Develop multi-brand strategies while aligning to company goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand experiences, optimize campaigns, and coordinate operations across multiple brand portfolios.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, preferably across multiple brands.
  • Solid understanding of platform tools, including Lazada/Shopee Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong data skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and/or platform reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing a team or outsourced support preferred.
