  • A degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with brand/marketing experience at a FMCG company.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, business strategy, and integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with media/creative agencies.
  • Self-starter, resilient, able to deal with ambiguity, and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
