Business Partnership Manager Job

The role of the Business Partnership Manager is crucial in maintaining corporate compliance and ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements. This position entails key responsibilities such as maintaining and updating statutory registers and corporate records, preparing board resolutions, meeting agendas, and minutes, as well as supporting the board of directors in fulfilling their statutory obligations.

  • Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records;
  • Prepare board resolutions, meeting agendas, and minutes;
  • Support the board of directors in fulfilling their statutory obligations;
  • Liaise with stakeholders and regulatory authorities;
  • Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents;
  • Advise clients on basic corporate governance and compliance practices;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar corporate secretarial role;
  • Familiarity with filing processes and statutory requirements;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level of integrity and professionalism;
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently;

Requirements:
