Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Medical Technology Specialist. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing hemostasis and hematology strategies for our Asia Pacific region, as well as providing technical assistance and training to customers and distributors.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical technology, excellent product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and corporate teams, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage hemostasis and hematology strategies for the Asia Pacific region
  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers and distributors
  • Conduct application and theoretical training for distributors
  • Develop training materials and provide end-user training
  • Handle product-related complaints and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
  • Diploma in Medical Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Technology practice
  • PC literate (Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct
  • Able to travel between 20% - 40% per year
