Financial Planning and Policy Manager

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for developing and implementing funding policies that align with our goals and objectives.

We are seeking an experienced individual who can contribute to the planning and management of resources to achieve our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating budget requests, formulating corporate-level funding policies, and overseeing budget and manpower management.

  • Evaluate budget requests from program partners and oversee the allocation and management of funds.
  • Develop and review funding policies to support our initiatives and align with our overall objectives.
  • Secure and optimize manpower resources to implement programs and agency operations.
  • Lead the management of Whole-of-Government (WOG) CET grants and strengthen CET grants governance for WOG and our organization.

The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of relevant work experience in managing or reviewing funding policies. They will also possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Funding Policy Formulation: Develop corporate-level funding policies and funding parameters to support our initiatives and objectives.
  2. Budget Evaluation and Management: Evaluate budget requests from program partners and oversee the allocation and management of funds.
  3. Manpower Establishment Planning: Secure and optimize manpower resources to implement programs and agency operations.
  4. CET Grants Management: Lead the management of WOG CET grants and strengthen CET grants governance for WOG and our organization.
