Job Title: Associate, KYC Support and Services

The primary role of this position is to execute and enhance KYC-related processes while supporting front office teams.

This position contributes to internal process improvement by creating dashboards and automating data initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support front office activities such as client onboarding, reviews, modifications, and closures to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor KYC file progress and engage stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with business lines to understand transaction needs and initiate onboarding processes.
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation.
  • Provide support and advice on KYC and client servicing issues.
  • Create and present reports on KYC progress.
  • Escalate issues to security departments when necessary.
  • Participate in projects related to regulatory changes, system enhancements, and audits.
  • Ensure all client documents are complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and train junior staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Professional with experience in KYC operations and a strong understanding of compliance regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
