This role involves overseeing the execution of shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples in accordance with project specifications.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. To monitor and supervise sub contractors' work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
  2. To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractor or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
  3. Review and align HVAC design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
  4. Knowledge in M&E and able to identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
  5. Manage and execute projects as per deadlines
  6. Attend meetings with subcontractors / contractors / clients to address issues and update progress
  7. Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance
  8. Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Candidates with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior positions
  • Preferably candidates with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry especially in HVAC system installation
  • Sound knowledge in HVAC System, Local / International Code of Practice / Standard, Green Mark Requirement, Hydronic / Static Calculation, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD would be an advantage
