Overview

As an integral member of the culinary team, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef in developing new recipes and refining existing ones to maintain consistency and innovation in menu offerings.
- Oversee the preparation of all dishes, strictly adhering to established recipes, restaurant standards, and maintaining exceptional presentation quality.
- Manage staff schedules and supervise daily kitchen operations, prioritizing health and safety guidelines, efficient workflow, and effective communication among team members.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring ingredient and supply stock, minimizing waste, and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize kitchen operations.
