We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Compensation Operations Specialist.
- Responsible for end-to-end Distribution Compensation processing and accounting, including fortnightly/monthly closing to ensure timely, accurate payment, posting, and reconciliation.
- Manage General Ledger closing activities, including monthly/yearly provisions, amortization, and schedules in line with accounting guidelines.
- Support review and dissemination of channel reports within set timelines, and validate customer campaign compensation.
- Maintain accounting rules for Policy Systems and related auxiliary systems.
- Prepare and post journals for manual processing and payments; handle reconciliations and audit schedules related to distribution compensation.
- Support internal, external, regulatory, and SOX audits, ensuring compliance and documentation integrity.
- Maintain process flows, SOP documentation, and business provisions monitoring for distribution compensation.
- Administer deferred/long-term incentive schemes, recurring/deferred financial arrangements, and self-billing for GST-registered agents.
- Provide oversight of end-to-end compensation processing, settlement of distribution channel invoices, and credit control for recovery of dues.
- Act as key support for distribution compensation projects, enhancements, and initiatives, including UAT, business requirements, and issue troubleshooting.
- Support BAU processing, respond to Finance Compensation Operations queries, and contribute to company-wide initiatives/projects relating to distribution compensation.
- Minimum Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting duties
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
