Business Opportunity:
Functional Business AnalystAre you an expert in Temenos T24 with a strong background in Securities, Treasury, and Structured Products? We are looking for a seasoned Functional Business Analyst to drive end-to-end Private Banking implementations. Job Description:As a Functional Business Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating workshops, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clarity of complex concepts across business and technical teams. You will work closely with scrum teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver successful Agile projects. Your expertise in writing HLSD, FSD, and user stories will be invaluable in driving automation initiatives including RPA and process automation projects.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst in Securities, Treasury, and Structured Products.
  • Strong Private Banking domain knowledge, particularly in international banking environments.
  • Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end Private Banking implementations with focus on TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in writing HLSD, FSD, and user stories, and working within Agile delivery models.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Confluence, JIRA, and other BA tools.
