We are currently seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences at all times. This includes supervising and leading service associates in their daily activities, enhancing guest relations and loyalty scores, and fulfilling guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft creative solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, while also being a team player
