Job Description:

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by providing support with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and physical fitness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform put-away tasks by placing received goods into designated storage locations, adhering to FIFO practices.
  • Pick and pack goods accurately and efficiently based on pick lists or sales orders.
  • Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Assist with stock counting activities, cycle counts, and full stock takes.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or expired products to the Warehouse Team Leader or Executive.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift license is an advantage).
  • Basic understanding of warehouse systems and processes.
  • Able to handle manual handling tasks.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
