Training and Laboratory Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training & Laboratory Support Coordinator to join our team at Promega Corporation. The successful candidate will provide training and laboratory support, project management, and administrative support for our Global Service and Support training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training events using project management software, processes, guidelines, tools, and templates.
- Coordinate training events and program communications.
- Serve as Program Administrator for all training programs at the Singapore Training and Service Center.
- Organize and manage logistics for onsite trainings and customer visits/events.
- Assist trainers/instructors in the laboratory and training rooms.
- Facilitate and support trainers/instructors during remote training events and webinars.
- Assist with purchasing needs and manage ordering process.
- Manage laboratory stocks and track inventory of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for training processes and tools.
- Track projects in project management software.
- Maintain confidentiality for training records and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in biological sciences, life sciences, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a molecular biology laboratory or equivalent setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak professional English and interact with an international audience.
- Cooperative and friendly, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and direction.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
