**Job Title:** Warehouse and Logistics Specialist for Aerospace

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within aerospace clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the accurate documentation and processing of incoming and outgoing goods.

This involves verifying that all shipments meet required standards and adhering to company protocols. You will also be responsible for packing and preparing goods for collection or delivery, as well as ensuring correct documentation is attached to each shipment.

A strong understanding of shipping and freight process requirements specific to the aerospace industry is essential for this role. You will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials.
  • Verify shipment details against order specifications and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
