Job Title: Aerospace Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and proactive professional to support operational excellence within our aerospace programs. This role is critical in coordinating aircraft allocation, managing work schedules, monitoring spare parts availability, and ensuring timely aircraft delivery.

This position requires a strong understanding of planning principles and the ability to analyze resource utilization to optimize workflow and reduce delays.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, scheduling, or materials coordination—preferably within the aerospace or aviation industry—and be proficient in planning tools and ERP systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or materials coordination.
  • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance cycles, spares management, and operational planning.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
