Culinary Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the kitchen operations of our restaurant or dining facility. This individual will be responsible for the entire food service process, from menu planning to food presentation.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to inspire a team of culinary professionals. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage relationships with staff and suppliers.

In this role, you will design menus that enhance customer experience while maintaining high quality standards. You will also submit cost proposals for menu items and provide feedback on food quality.

You will be responsible for ensuring all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish and monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to lead and manage staff about proper kitchen sanitization methods. You will also need to be able to track expenses and manage a budget effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Ability to lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals.

· Strong passion for the art of food design.

· Culinary Degree or equivalent experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
