Digital Transformation Lead
The role of the Digital Transformation Lead involves overseeing large-scale digital initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment across business, technology, and external partnerships. Key responsibilities include programme governance, stakeholder management, integrated delivery planning, risk management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage programme governance structures to ensure clear accountability and decision-making authority.
  • Create and manage integrated delivery plans for agency-driven digital platforms, coordinating timelines, resources, and interdependencies.
  • IDentify and mitigate delivery risks early on, working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with internal Tech teams and external vendors to ensure timely and fit-for-purpose delivery.
  • Define clear milestones, SOWs, and acceptance criteria, monitoring performance effectively.
  • Establish and track success KPIs, validate impact, and coordinate rollout planning across clusters.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in large-scale digital programme management.
  • A proven track record of managing complex stakeholder landscapes across tech, analytics, and distribution.
  • Background or exposure to consulting or structured transformation environments is an advantage.
