Programme Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of the MSc Programmes Office, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end support for academic programme administration.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall end-to-end support in programme management
  • Liaise with faculty members, programme managers and external partners
  • Maintain good rapport with stakeholders
  • Coordinate class timetable scheduling, course registration, marks processing, and data preparation
  • Support digital initiatives within the team

Operation Efficiency & Data Management:

  • Streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency through digital tools
  • Manage and generate reporting dashboards, maintain accurate data records, and perform regular data cleaning, tracking and reporting
  • Identify, pilot, and implement digital tools that enhance workflow and user experience

Other Responsibilities:

  • Covering buddy for other partner programmes
  • Support events such as orientations and graduation activities
  • Participate in new initiatives when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in programme administration or academic support
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; with the ability to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic work environment
  • Comfortable using digital platforms such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams and data dashboard
