Renewable Energy Infrastructure Analyst

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key member of our Renewable Power and Transition, Southeast Asia team, you will be responsible for identifying, diligencing, executing, and managing new investments.
The role offers the opportunity to play a key part in Brookfield's Southeast Asia Renewables Investment team that invests in renewable energy infrastructure, opportunities for decarbonisation of industrial processes and generation, and low carbon solution assets across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region from Brookfield's infrastructure funds.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to investment sourcing and execution
- Assist in targeting and evaluating new investment opportunities in clean energy, business transformations, and low carbon solutions
- Develop ideas for potential transaction and deal structures, perform industry research and evaluate new market segments and potential opportunities
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions and company/industry research
- Assess potential investment opportunities' potential decarbonization impact consistent with Brookfield Catalytic Transition Fund's impact measurement and management approach
- Minimum 2 years+ of relevant experience in private equity, infrastructure or renewables investment management, or investment banking
- Prior exposure to investments in Southeast Asia
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and other applications typically required within an investment analysis role
- Strong financial modelling skills and experience
- Possesses strong understanding of investment analyses and financial acumen including accounting concepts and analysis of financial statements, capital structures and debt securities including project finance, and various valuation techniques
