We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of impactful public outreach and engagement initiatives under our Lion Heartlanders brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of tour programmes while driving client engagement and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage contractual projects, including public outreach programs, educational tours, and engagement initiatives, with government agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee project sales, including managing inquiries, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new tour products, educational programmes, and engagement initiatives that align with project objectives, ensuring they are attractive and impactful.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities by building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding emerging needs, and proposing tailored solutions to expand our project portfolio.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual obligations, including preparing and maintaining necessary administrative documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and promotional efforts to drive programme participation.
  • Monitor and manage feedback collection processes, ensuring high response rates and accurate data collation for comprehensive post-project reporting.
