Job Title: Sustainability Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives with a keen analytical mind, streamlining processes and delivering outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:
Manage end-to-end contract management for environmental commodities, from closure to order fulfillment. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveries.

Analytical Reporting:
Develop and share insightful reports for internal and external distribution to support key decision-making. Ensure timely delivery of actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Market Monitoring:
Continuously monitor sales trends in the renewable energy sector to stay ahead of market dynamics and enable informed decision-making. Identify areas for improvement and implement process adjustments as needed.

Client Presentations:
Create client-centric presentations that offer deep insights into diverse environmental commodities markets. Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex information effectively. 

Team Leadership:
Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure efficiency and accuracy in task execution. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Stakeholder Management:
Effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Build trust through open communication and active listening. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering preferred. Consider candidates with relevant certifications or specialized training in sustainability or environmental management.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 1 to 2 years in a managerial role leading a team.


Industry Knowledge:
Specific experience in energy and/or environmental markets is highly valued.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical perspective, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
