  • Operational Management:
  • Manage all aspects of the studio’s operations, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize studio performance.
  • Customer Service:
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for members, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Address member concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community through effective communication and engagement.
  • Follow up with potential prospects and let them know about membership packages available.
  • Sales & Promotion:
  • Ensure all enquiries are attended to promptly and professionally on all platforms.
  • Track all leads and implement a system to ensure effective conversion rates.
  • Promote and sell studio packages, programs, and services.
  • Supervise Community Outreach programs diligently.
  • Design and execute sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Implement member signup, retention, and renewal strategies effectively.
  • Class and Program Management:
  • Coordinate and schedule classes according to HQ programmes, ensuring class setup is properly organized.
  • Collaborate with instructors and trainers to develop new strategies for class setup if needed.
  • Monitor class attendance and member feedback to optimize class offerings.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
  • More than 3 years experience leading and managing teams; fitness industry experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent.
  • Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges.
  • Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills.
  • Good communication skills with all levels of the business.
  • Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams.
  • Clear, logical, and analytical thinker.
  • High standards, gets the basics right.
  • Local knowledge and experience or cultural sensitivity.
  • Personal Training: 2 years (Preferred).
