Director of Legal Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Legal Strategy to lead our legal strategy across products and advise on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.

  • This role will involve collaborating with internal and external counsel to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business development.
  • The successful candidate will also advise management on the implications of legal and regulatory updates, and provide legal support for deal execution and post-investment management of deals.
  • This position requires establishing internal training materials and conducting training to educate employees on evolving laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of legal experience in tech or AI law (in-house or law firm).
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and AI-specific legal issues.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams on experimental technologies.
  • LLB/JD from accredited institution; Singapore Bar or international equivalent preferred.
