Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining our IMS system.
  • Assisting in the management and distribution of our IMS manual, procedures, Standard Work Method, and Standards Documents.
  • Administering the IMS forms record and maintaining the master list.
  • Disseminating the internal audit program to auditors and coordinating with them for their audit schedule, records of audit results, review, and evaluating audit findings for reporting to MR.
  • Liaising with external auditors for annual management/EHS audits - IMS, Biz SAFE, GGBS, CONSASS, etc.
  • Supporting upper management on related EHS and Integrated Management Systems matters.
  • Planning and organizing annual management reviews, preparing inputs; consolidating presentation slides, minutes of meetings, corrective actions, and follow-up actions.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of an effective Management System which meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards; updating and reviewing IMS manual yearly.
  • Liaising with external certification bodies, leading, and facilitating EHS-related audits (ISO certification audit, Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) audit, Risk Management, Biz Safe STAR).
  • Carrying out any assignment as directed by the MD/GM/MR.
